About the role As a Sales & BD Specialist, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of CodeChef’s monetization routes.

The work will have a direct impact on the growth and revenue of the business. Responsibilities - Identifying potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue-

Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects- Manage end to end partner relations including pitching and negotiation-

Brainstorm and ideate creative marketing ideas to increase product adoption & awareness- Planning and rolling out marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences-

Establish best practices in digital marketing and stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments- Generate and analyze campaign reports, followed by suggesting solutions to boost sales and partners What should you possess -

An engineering graduate degree- 2 - 5 years of experience in technology related sales or business development- Immaculate communication skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches-

Sharp business acumen and a penchant for marketing internet products- You should be highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly can-

An ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative, and self-

motivation- Should be dynamic with strategy formulation and acceptance of idea with logical reasoning- Have an ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-

motivation. Experience - 2 - 5 Years Annual Salary Range - Rs. 6,00,000 - Rs. 12,00,000
