Responsibilities

  • Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members
  • Monitor team members and able to provide mentorship whenever needed
  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
  • Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
  • Rapport building with the internal & external stakeholder
  • Take care of any issues that arise during shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the duty manager, where vital
  • Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Assist the Manager as and when vital to make the business run effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification

    Minimum qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Life Policy Admin (Financial, Non-Financial, Money In & Out, Complex Changes, Illustrations) Insurance Operations
  • Should have worked in Team Handling / people facing role. Proven track record for leading 40+ resources for Manager & 80+ for Senior Manager and keeping an engaged workforce
  • Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
  • Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret Insurance terminology
  • Good analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written for English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook E-mail, Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
  • Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with partners & peers / sub-process areas
  • Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact-based approach
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails / Phones with businesses
  • Proven track record to build effective working relationships with clients & internal partners
  • Project Management and ability to manage several priorities
