We are looking for a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing and growth programs.
You will have to build the team / resources / tools required to execute the marketing and branding strategy that has been designed for the Organisation and deliver the promised results.
You will work directly with our Founder / CEO
Your Job Responsibility will include
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy. Set marketing goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy. Determine KPIs for the marketing function
Design, plan and execute effective fully integrated marketing campaigns. By this we mean, Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
This will include coordination with 3rd Party Brand Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency or Consultant, Blog writers, and other consultants
Define, Measure, and Drive performance marketing strategies / campaigns across all the relevant channels and mediums and achieve the agreed KPI’s and ROI.
Own and efficiently scale / optimise the marketing budget, allocating, spending and optimizing a blend of right channels to hit the growth targets efficiently with the appropriate ROI, while thinking long term and being resourceful.
Manage the customer segmentation strategy and develop the right segment targeting for all campaigns, the right audience strategy for all digital campaigns, and smart attribution modelling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time to achieve the expected result.
Manage an existing growth team of 3, while consistently evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team.
Work with / on MIS and Data analytics to understand and report on marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels while executing robust campaign / channel optimization and A / B testing programs.
Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, test and learn approach to new initiatives
Partner with the right digital product and engineering and data science teams / partners to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and / or new innovations in marketing technology.
Stay up to date with the latest technology in the digital and ad tech space
Stay up to date with the latest best practices in the branding and marketing space
Work with sales and development and customer success teams. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Experience : 6 to 8 years
Qualification : MBA in Marketing from a Premium institute
