Process : International Non Voice ( Technical Support ) Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in resolving many different issue types like billing, customer service, and / or technical support for handheld devices (iPhone, android etc.
  • for large communication provider

  • Identify other products and services for existing customers by maximizing their education on products and ensure revenue goals are met
  • Achieve call center performance objectives personally and as a team
  • Multi-channel (chat, email, messaging) universal agent duties
  • Skills : Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to effectively articulate complex products or billing arrangements with customers and colleagues Shifts : Night Shifts.
