Good knowledge in testing of hand held devices and device application which includes installation / troubleshooting of device applications
Basic in handling the entire testing independently which involves lot of interaction with multiple stakeholders
Basic in gathering and analyzing of various application log files / flows
Awareness in preparation of work load estimation in sync with the existing or projected road map
Basic knowledge in the analysis of the test results and preparation of various graphs and reports.
Basic knowledge on monitoring tools and basic knowledge on operating system and database.
Good knowledge about type of testing methodologies
Good knowledge on cross platforms with different web browsers
Working knowledge in writing test cases in various types (black box, smoke testing etc)
Efficiency and ability to follow processes
Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English
Customer centric approach
Problem solving and investigation capabilities
Ability to work with aggressive schedules
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Good knowledge on Web Services, REST and XML
Good knowledge on Linux
Good knowledge of SQL / Oracle
knowledge of HP QC or Octane would be Preferred
knowledge on Robot Framework, Selenium or SOAP UI in order to write and automatizate tests
Knowledge of DevOps tools would be preferred
Good User journey and storyboards knowledges
Reporting and communication
Logs and error code analyzing knowledge (web technologies and java)
Domestic devices knowledge ( PC / Mac, Tablets, mobile phone, Game player)
Web browsers (Firefox, IE, Bing, Chrome)
Basic knowledge on Scripting (Groovy, Shell Scripting)
Basic knowledge on Application and Web servers ( for eg. Apache, Tomcat,Weblogic, etc.)
B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. / equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Testing & automation
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
