Field Enablement Program Manager

Field Enablement Program Manager of Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) will collaborate with the Business Leaders of AISPL to define develop and execute against our Enablement priorities.

This role will be responsible for ensuring high productivity and timely, relevant learning of our field team, from the initial onboarding of new Business development Managers and Business development Reps of AISPL through to continuous Always-boarding across our portfolio of offerings and solutions.

The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of field enablement in a large organization. He / she will deliver new initiatives, streamline mechanisms and design, and support the day to day operations of our India field enablement team.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, a hands-on person and a multi-tasker, willing to create, add structure, drive adoption, and work independently with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate would have strong project management and communication skills, ability to work cross functionally, translate business needs into initiatives.

This is a hands-on position with high visibility - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Support in execution of India key enablement needs in coordination with the India Head of FE and other stakeholders.
  • Manage, communicate, present dashboard and collect feedback on the successful execution of the cross-functional business development enablement programs
  • Deliver monthly new hire onboarding workshop
  • Collaborate with a multi-geography central FE team across APJ to deliver on WW / APJ priorities and programs, and participate in meetings / planning with APJ teams
  • Support the planning and execution of enablement workshops by helping to create agenda, work with presenters to block their calendars, collect anecdotes and feedback and create repository of reusable resources and content.
  • Work with external vendors if any to receive agenda and quotes and provide external trainer led enablement workshops

  • Plan and participate in driving measurement and roll-up of activities, including but not limited to : new hire training and on-boarding, ever-boarding, landing of new solutions etc.
  • with the effective use of internal tools and new technologies / platforms

  • Assist in India-specific content creation by working with allocated SMEs and on content collation by creating central repository of standard content spread across various sources.
  • Work on making guideline documents and rulebooks

  • Review and manage the content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant and best technology is employed.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel effectively, with timely completion and tracking of tasks. Should be able to function independently and responsibly without reminders and follow through
  • Be creative and structured in written and verbal communication so as to articulate in an engaging way crisply, while being exhaustive and accurate
  • Invent and simplify by identifying productivity barriers

  • Work Experience

  • Overall 8 years of minimum experience
  • 3+ years of experience driving training / enablement and broader sales / Business development Enablement programs
  • Program management experience
  • MBA from Tier 1 / 2 institute
  • Comfortable to work in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
