Job Description Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance and Reward.

In the countries HR supports the local team. For our team in France we have an open position as Senior HR Specialist. The position is a part-time position for 21 hours per week.

The Senior HR Specialist is a key contributor in managing the relevant local HR function, its service delivery and development.

Supporting and driving local HR initiatives and employee engagement in France, in conjunction with the local Country Management Team, as well as participating in global HR development projects.

Besides the HR function the HR Specialist is responsible for the whole area of office services and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities Responsible for full end to end local employee lifecycle. Manage the recruitment process; support managers, advertise vacancies and manage interviews.

Ownership of local HR policies & benefits; ensure a comprehensive, up to date and high-quality suite of policies and guidance documents for managers and employees.

Drive employee relations initiatives and well-being within the country. Support managers in implementing company HR processes and ensuring all employees are clear on role expectations, gets feedback on a regular basis and has an opportunity to develop their skills and competences.

Drive continuous positive change within the office of Basware France. Accountable for all local benefit and employment-related insurance management and renewals, as well as relevant supplier and vendor management.

Accountable for monthly payroll by collecting and updating payroll records. Ensure that employers and workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.

Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, process of invoices and manage local facility services.

Skills & Requirements Qualifications Relevant educational background, Bachelor or Masters degree in HR related discipline Good evidence of relevant work experience in Human Resource Management Personal characteristics Ability to thrive in fast-paced organization & environment Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and within relevant areas of responsibility to enable the completion of tasks Ability to understand the big picture and translate that to operational goals and tasks Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and able to build strong, effective relationships with the wider HR community, key stakeholders and leaders Customer oriented mindset and can do -attitude Attention to detail Ability to work and make decisions both independently and as a part of the team Excellent communication skills Fluent spoken and written English Strong facilitation and presentation skills Strong working knowledge in relevant local legal framework and legislation Contact details & application period We offer you an interesting and challenging role and the support of great HR colleagues, who want to lead the way, drive for customer success, strive for excellence and to inspire and be inspired every day.
