We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successfully owning medium-large complex problems and engaging with cross-functional teams, directly and through influence.

The role will be based in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities :
Review primary, secondary market research data and benchmarking studies to continually size the liquidation market in India.
Set up scalable mechanisms to source quality liquidator leads by partnering with internal and external teams.
Design a charter to partner with offline liquidators and drive programs aimed at bringing these key liquidators online.
Drive adoption of liquidation as a service across top Amazon sellers by identifying key pain points for sellers and solving for them
Deep dive into operational challenges faced by liquidators and establish processes to improve execution rigor.
Account manage relationships with key liquidators aimed to expanding investment value and category footprint., 4+ years of e-commerce, program management, including experience working in a fast-moving large business / Ecommerce.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning / messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
High attention to detail.
Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
Must have bias for action and strong work ethic.
Proven ability to deliver first class customer experiences.
Master of Business Administration.
Prior experience in procurement / vendor management with good negotiation skills is preferable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive projects to completion
