Key Responsibilities :
Drive E-Commerce marketing strategy, tactical planning, promotional calendar, creative project timelines and content creation and deployment across key channels.
Create Long term strategy for online business
Own Business plan for Online sales channels - both topline and bottom line
Co-Marketing plan with e-commerce partners and manage online marketing tools and optimize ROI
Create, update and upload product feeds with content, photos, pricing, shipping
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in listings
Understand platform algorithms and optimize listings for search engine rankings.
Ownership of ratings and reviews and ensuring feedback on product is elevated and answered.
Develop sales forecasting and coordinate orders with logistics department to meet each order's fulfillment requirements, eliminate compliance issues and maximize sales.
