Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Facilitation of end to end business support
  • Manage the front desk and greet all guests
  • Maintain an organized, neat, clean and professional office
  • Act as liaison with property management regarding any building policies or necessary office improvements
  • Oversee food vendor relationships and ensure budget is kept
  • Distribute incoming outgoing packages and mail
  • Assist with planning of company events, as needed
  • Assist executive team with scheduling, as needed
  • Help in facilitation of travel and hotel booking (domestic and international)
  • Liaison with vendors and suppliers (like banks, courier, stationary, facilitators, clearing agents)
  • Liaison with colleges placements
  • Help in facilitation of travel logistics for campus hiring, recruitment events
  • Sourcing support
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 to 5 years of office management operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Really, really, really organized with projects, to - dos, and physical space
  • Someone that has an eye for interior design and space
  • Graduate degree
