About the Role
Will be responsible for Project Managing transitions with the stipulated time. Working on project to resolve issues of business.
Will be extensively working with stakeholders in US to get the projects executed. The person will work with stakeholder to determine scope of work and analyze capacity.
Once assigned a project will work with stakeholders to analyze current state, help identify pain points, risk, gaps. Document findings and work on future state, perform impact analysis and suggest / recommend future state options working alongside Process Engineers and help with Implementation.
May also support on UAT

Business initiative consultants deliver process improvement and efficiency, target operating models, and systems and tool deployment :
Initiative consultants engage with the following :
Degree with 6-7 years of experience, 4+ years in Managing large scale projects / transitions
Managing stakeholder across boundaries
Ability to work under pressure and in US hours
Should be driven to get projects closed in stipulated time
Ability to work Independently, think creatively and find solution
PMP certification will be an added advantage
