What you’ll do

Our Digital team doesn’t just see the future they create it. As a Digital P&O Expert, you’ll be a key part of our diverse digital workforce Driving Digital in P&O, Implementing core systems like : Employee Central, Payroll, Workflows but also AI driven Selection, Recruitment and Learning solutions.

Focusing on Employee Experience and P&O Efficiency and added value. You’ll be one of the innovative minds behind leading the digital transformation in P&O and be supported by the Group digital Services leadership team to shape the growth of our company.

Your key responsibilities

You are a digital functional HR experts focusing on improving and accelerating HR processes and enable a delightful employee experience .

You will work on the various aspects of P&O :

Expense Management

Compensation and benefits management

As a Digital P&O Expert you will be part of the digital function, report directly to the chapter lead of the digital P&O chapter.

You Bring

7+ years working experience within a digital P&O environment (Recruitment agency, Banking, Healthcare, consultancy, etc )

A solid understanding of digital P&O processes and tools.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Eightfold AI recruiting, SAP BW & Analytics, Visier analytics and / or Hirevue

And underlying and cross functional technologies (SAC, PowerBi, Tableau, BluePrism, Mendix)

Understand digital solutions in learning (LinkedIn Learning / Coursera / Udemi / .)

Are well versed in P&O business acumen

Familiarity or experience in agile way of working.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with business or technical focus.

Experience in turning business ideas into digital tools.

Fluent in English.
