Job Description

Aqgromalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture.

We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farmgate.

Post-harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers (butchershop and fish stalls), and exporters.

We aim to organise the world’s protein supply, while enabling farmers to diversify their income sources. Aqgromalin is a fast growing startup with a young and ambitious team, and is backed by marquee institutional investors.

Designation : Regional Head

Location : Delhi

No : of Positions : 1

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the P / L of the all the Business Units (Poultry / Aqua / Goat ) with key focus on revenue generation for the Region.
  • Identifying various sales channels for revenue generation
  • Work with marketing team to develop various campaigns to boost the sales.
  • Liaising with all the internal stake holders (Sourcing / Farm / Logistics / Collection / Marketing & Customer Experience.)
  • Ensuring Customer retention & satisfaction .
  • Ensuring the operations of the team is run smoothly.
  • Liaise with the Technical experts and ensuring the SOPs are followed .
  • Requirements

    Knowledge & Skill requirement

  • Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills to Implement Sales Plans.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • 8- 12 years of experience in Sales where revenue generation has been the key focus .
