Key Responsibilities

1) Service management for Implements

2) Manage Spare business for respective area with dealers and DSBs

3) Settlement of warranty for products in respective area

4) Analyse performance of Service monthly and make plan for respective area

5) Capability Building of Dealer, DSB and Service Technicians for handling Implements Service / Repairs

6) To ensure Customer Focus by timely resolution of technical issues

7) Appointment & Development of the Implement Service infrastructure / Implement parts network

8) Managing Product (Implement) performance

9) Ensuring spares availability at dealer DSBs

10) Validation of new product application in field devloped by tie up Vendors in his area

11) Periodic Drive / Activities to maintain health of Implements

Educational Qualifications : Diploma (Mech / Prod / Agri), BE (Mech / Prod / Agri)

Experience : 4 - 7years

Key Skills & Competencies

1.) Knowledge of Implements - (Rotavator , Straw Reaper , Rice Transplanter , TMCH , Loader , MB Plough , Laser Leveller etc.)

2.) Technical and Application Knowledge of Tractor Implements

3.) Service Management

4.) Spares management

5.) Channel / Dealer Management

6.) Customer Focus

7.)Team working and Cross functional Team coordination

8.) Result Orientation with Execution Excellence
