Description

  • Development Responsiveness in analyzing, planning and executing the organisation’s skill base.
  • Improvising Employee morale by continuously developing the programs and sharpening the skills.
  • Assisting in grasping new concepts in a creative and supportive learning system.
  • Working closely with Quality team and Communication expert to identify the training needs and take the same to the closure.
  • Data management Collating data and reporting the Training records.
  • TNA Training need analysis to be done to understand if the refreshers need to be arranged on the floor also verify the learnings by taking assessments
  • Being part of the selection process and recruitment of officers
  • Training of team for Product, Process and System. Also, driving brand awareness through communication of Yes Bank brand , philosophy, identity and standards for representation.
  • Mentoring Teams to meet Quality standards, following good practices - by improving communication skills, soft skills and selling techniques.
  • Understands the competencies relevant to his / her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
  • Avoidance of Non Fatal errors which might create financial impact to the customers or Bank.
