PURPOSEOF THE JOB
Within the SAP CustomerExperience Success and Services Business Unit, Cloud AdoptionServices play a crucial role to proactively drive and safeguardimplementations for success and continuous adoption.
Whether it issafeguarding strategic customers and lighthouse projects, sharingbest practices, introducing new solutions or enabling theeco-
system, the key goal is to drive customer success with adoptionand customer satisfaction, leading to references and cloud licenserenewal.
As technology consultant, you deliver yourtechnical expertise and experience in all phases of the product andcustomer engagement life cycle from contract closurethrough implementation, go-
live, continuous operation, renewal orexpansion of C / 4HANA solutions.
Working closely withProduct Management and Engineering, you are always on the cuttingedge of the latest technology and features in the SAP CustomerExperience portfolio with focus on SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
This presents an ideal opportunity to always be current with thevery latest SAP has to offer.
As a member of this teamyou will advise and guide our customers and partners, identifytechnology trends and customer needs to help the solution &product management with the product development.
In addition, youwill share your experience with the internal as well as externalconsulting community to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Advise customers, partners andcolleagues on functions, features, integration scenarios andrecommended practices in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloudincluding Coresystems
Advise customers, partners and colleagues in technicaltopics like integration using SAP Cloud Platform & ProcessIntegration, performance analysis, data migration, analytics, AdobeLifecycle Designer & telephony / groupware integrationetc.
Support servicedelivery managers on complex customer requests and align on bestapproach, scope, timeline and effort
Support of critical customersituations and escalations with the focus on sophisticated productand implementation challenges
Deliver individually tailored and predefined expertservices to customers, partners and internal stake holders
Solve high-sophisticatedchallenges, assess concepts and systems by finding scalable andfuture proven solution approaches in standard, with workarounds orcustom developments
Architect appropriate solution strategies through theanalysis and understanding of business requirements
Enablement and knowledgetransfer of recommended practices to internal and external partieswith the goal of growing the ecosystem
Communicate and advicecustomers and partners on eye-level and across complex projectsorganizations, hierarchy levels and cultures
Develop and maintain a deepexpert knowledge in all technical areas of SAP Sales and ServiceCloud along with new emerging technologies and additions to the SAPsolution portfolio
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCEAND COMPETENCIES
University degree in computer science or equivalenttechnical degree
6+years of work experience in SAP environment
6+ years project / customer / consulting experience
Deep understanding of capabilities of SAP Cloud forCustomer
Knowledge onField Service Management Processes like Quote and ServiceContracts, Omni-Channel Customer Service, Planning and ResourceScheduling, Field Service Execution, Finance and Logistics
Understanding of differentC / 4HANA integration technologies like SAP Cloud Platform &Process Integration
Knowledge on IDoc / ALE and Web Service technologies likeSOAP, REST & OData
Proven capabilities in Performance Analysis of differentSAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud scenarios
Knowledge of Coresystems andSAP ECC CS is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills and abilityto present complex information in a clear and appealingmanner
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills in English
Technical Inquisitive naturewith strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter who canoperate with little oversight and guidance
Customer goal and solutionoriented
