Provide and ensure a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers' front line personnel in the various operating divisions and subsidiaries.
Prepare, analyze and organize required documents.
Validating and confirming all ocean / air shipment bookings
Managing shipments from origin to destination.
Sending new shipment bookings to customers.
Manage daily emails / phone calls from customers
Direct customer questions / concerns to the respective department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer.
Organize and maintain all relevant customer correspondence and documentation in good order
Required Candidate profile
Understanding of Planning, Scheduling, stock Management, Shipping, freight and Documentation
Experience of working within a Supply Chain function is a must.
Understanding of order planning & order scheduling functions.
Experience of working with logistics & freight companies required.
Knowledge of International Trade regulations.
Proven ability to build strong customer relations.
Must have excellentwritten and verbal communication Skills in English.
Experience of working with ERP software, JDE 9.1 would be an advantage.
Good MS office, excel and power point skills.
