Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Good To Have Skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : Worked on service now development with knowledge on glide scripting and workflowsDebugging server side and client side scriptsWorked on notifications, scheduled jobs and SLAs

Technical Experience : Trained or certified on Service Now administration

Professional Attributes : Knowledge on ITIL processes

Educational Qualification : Graduate
