  • Drive Safety related initiative and carry out audits etc.
  • INTC Lean product development leader and drive LPD activities.
  • Support TC Manager in R&D Budgeting exercise, manpower rate calculation.
  • Coordinate and prepare CAPEX budget of TC and support purchase / managing CPEX item incl. IT infrastructure.
  • Co-ordinate with TC commercial executive & controller for financial account of R&D, Maintain TC KPI dashboard, Support TC Manager in budget / forecasting, Track utilization of budget / people and provide early warning.
  • Act as TC recruitment manager, coordinating with HR center, develop statistics and accelerate recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate with INTC Project Managers and manage R&D project dashboard. Participate in review of R&D projects along with TC manager and drive project manager for completion of the review actions.
  • Develop and maintain local R&D processes related to material issuance and movements.
  • Develop system to track status of material in the project.
  • Developing and maintain system / KPI to shows quality of cross function support (esp. SCM) to TC / Projects.
  • Coordinate with local and global organizational stakeholder in getting feedback about the people / project / activities being run at TC, India.
  • Co-ordinate with TC commercial executive for ontime financial transactions e.g. invoicing, cost reporting and bill booking at TC level.
  • Streamline the handling of Purchase requirements for PGHV-TC Projects.

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.E / M.E. (Mechanical).
  • Minimum 8 to 9 years of design and development work experience.
  • Work experience in switchgear industry (LV / MV / HV)
  • Should have undergone complete product development cycle (From Concept design to product launch).
  • Working knowledge of six sigma tools like QFD / DOE / FMEA etc. And green belt / yellow belt is preferable.
  • Working knowledge of Switchgear R&D processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology.
  • Ability to collaborate with R&D engineer, global & local stakeholders, cross-function resource.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
