Managing the complete recruitment cycle of the IT Staffing team, guiding and Mentoring the recruiters additionally, should have strong skills in :
Resume identification by matching candidates with clients requirements
Conducting skills tests
Handling negotiations on rates / salary with consultants and vendors
Handling any resource delivery related issues
Managing contracts and negotiations
Reporting work output for the team in a timely manner
Work in the night shift with the Team and maintain constant communication with the US Sales team
