about the role

  • To effectively lead & manage a team of Order Delivery Managers for achieving organizational goals, strategic objectives to deliver Outstanding Customer Experience through on-
  • time delivery, first time right

  • Contribute to the global and local transversal projects and transformation programs
  • Prepare Order Delivery Managers’ team to deliver and implement on-time & first time right solutions to customers
  • Ensure healthy communications / interactions between all internal & external entities
  • Establishing and managing relationships with customers and all key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for team’s performance on all the set global targets with regards to Customer Satisfaction TDD (Target / Committed Delivery Date) Overdue RFCs.
  • Reduction in Lead Time to Connect (LTC) Database(s) integrity, quality & accuracy

  • Ensure all the process guidelines defined by process owners are being adhered to
  • Communicating and cascading requisite process changes and related information to the team and then ensuring same is adhered to
  • Manage workload distribution, customer / project assignments within budgeted headcount and as per business requirement
  • Performing daily administration and monitoring of all the customers’ orders and resolve any pending roadblocks in order to facilitate smooth delivery of solutions
  • Managing operations in a cost effective and optimal manner
  • Recruit, develop and manage team of highly motivated Order Delivery Managers’ team executing activities on Customer RFCs
  • Coaching & mentoring the team and all the technical & soft issues
  • Conducting regular and periodic meetings with the Team, one-on-one sessions with each Team Member and conduct employee engagement programs to maintain motivation level, identify and address problems, issues thereby also containing attrition -
  • should inspire others through his own passion and enthusiasm

    about you

  • Engineering / Science Degree in Telecommunications field along with any professional management certification(s) / degree / diploma
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in the telecommunications field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in people management
  • Should possess sound knowledge and understanding of all the products & services offered by service provider
  • Should process broader understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies
  • Should possess excellent coordination and relationship enhancement skills
  • Should have excellent coaching and mentoring, team building and people management skills
  • Good Project and Business Management skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good Negotiation Skill
  • High level of perceptiveness to handle various employee related situations.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Self-Management, Decision-making and Customer Oriented Attitude
  • Should have Process Development, Refining and Analysis skills
  • Transversal working across Global Teams
  • Proactive in dealing with people, systems and activities
  • Can inspire others through his own passion and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate business development and strategic planning skills.
