Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops foundational capabilities enabling enhanced analytics and measurement, critical to shaping global digital adoption and experience strategies.

The incumbent will be part of the Digital Analytics & Insights team and will report to the Manager in charge of Digital Analytics.

He / she will be an individual contributor working on Consumer analytics space as primary responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding the end user's requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document.
  • Exploratory data analysis, Data Understanding, Data cleaning, Data analysis
  • Development of analytics models for the business problems in requirement document
  • Maintaining codes and documentation of the models and analysis.
  • Interacting with client for data, plan of analysis, sharing result, Models & Insights
  • Requirements / Skill sets

  • Must-have technical skills
  • oMust be proficient in using python 3.x platform, MS Excel and Database.

    oHave worked on consumer Analytics space in Retail, Ecommerce, Consumer Products Space or Market Research in Consumer Space

    oThorough knowledge of statistics, probability and foundational mathematics of data Science

    oProficient in consumer analysis such as segmentation, targeting, predictive modelling, CLV, Sales funnel analysis, Recommendation system, Voice of Customer etc

    oMust have pro-efficient in machine learning and Deep Learning algorithm using Keras, Pytorch etc

    oKnowledge of NLP and its libraries like NLTK, Gensim, Spacy

  • Must-have soft skills
  • oExcellent written and oral communication skills

    oGood interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills

    oAbility to interact with clients with ease

  • Good-to-have skillss
  • oWorking knowledge Computer Vision, Chatbot

    oBig Data, Web and App Technologies

    oKnowledge of Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp etc.) and their APIs.

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelors (+2-4 years) or Masters (2 years) in Computer Science or MBA with Bachelor in technical.
  • Experience of 2-5 Years in Retail, Ecommerce, FMCG industry, Market Research
  • Project Experience Skill - Python, SQL , Data Modelling

    Industry Experience : Ecommerce , Retail , New age B2C Startup
