Work with stakeholders, Develop, Publish Training Calendar, consolidate Nominations, Attendance, Feedback etc. Facilitate and Coordinate, Learning engagement related activities, at all leavels of training cycle.

  • To arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material / Content and facilities as required.
  • End to End training program coordination, with internal and external stakeholders with regards to the training programs, schedule, invite, nominations, deviations, follow up, assessments, training facilities coordination with Admin and other related stakeholders.
  • To keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up-to-date. Generate required Metrics with regards to the activities executed.
  • Prior experience desired, not necessary of delivery of Behaviour skills / Domain / Technology related trainings.
  • End to End New Joinee onboarding
  • Liaison with other Shared Services teams as appropriate
  • Need to manage and coordinate all the Learning and Development activities,
