Job Specification / Description
Role :
Planning and providing required marketing support for brand in terms of advertising, promotion / BTL activities planning & execution, schemes etc.
in co-ordination with Cross Functional Teams.
Makes the existing product more efficacious and also works towards new product development in the existing brand.
Works on the core of the brand on what it is communicating to the consumer and what benefits they derive from the brand.
Makes market visit to understand on how the brand is performing and take reviews from Wholesaler and Retailers on the same.
BTL Planning & Execution
Executes planning and implementation of BTL activities of the assigned Brands for market development and monitors tracking of the same as per plan and schedule
Executes activities like salon campaign, house to house campaign, whole sale activation, fair and festival, trade promotion, Mosque activations.
Ensures finalization of key markets / focus markets for successful brand development and awareness and interfaces with CFA for issuance of stock and collaterals.
Develops innovative campaigns every year with the help of new and meaningful ideas to strengthen Brand connect and Brand awareness.
Finalizes vendor and agency for timely implementation of BTL activity and ensures timely supply of supporting.
Finalizes prices for POS and collaterals and follows up for timely support of activity materials (Artwork etc) and maintains stock of the same.
