We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Training and Development Manager to help us achieve our development and growth aspirations. This role is newly established and will work directly with our People Team and Leaders, to create exciting initiatives and develop our suite of training for employees based in Europe, US and India. 

Some of the things you will be doing in this role: 

  • Develop global internal training programs for employees, owning the process and creating formal documentation. 

  • Conduct skills gap analysis and work with team leads to develop their team members, through development plans. 

  • Design and deliver training on organisational initiatives. 

  • Champion and nurture a culture of training and development across the organization. 

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. 

  • Design and execute learning and development strategies, creating associated OKRs. 

  • Source a series of platforms, providers and partners to meet the desired requirements managing the relationships and agreements. 

  • Build and manage the overall training and development budget. 

  • Drive the execution of the training and development strategies across the organization. 

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and report progress to stakeholders. 

  • Promote the successes of the program and certifications achieved. 


We are looking for someone with the following: 

Relevant degree/ professional qualifications or associated experience in training/ learning and development or HR. 

Proven experience in: 

  • Delivering results against a training strategy (in line with company objectives) 

  • Working in a multinational company, tech services, product engineering or consulting company 

  • Working with and managing relationships with multiple training providers and tools 

  • Building relationships across all levels and areas of a business – understanding cultural approach 

  • Creating and taking ownership for training programs across international locations 


  • Written and verbal English language skills at business level 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels 

  • Computer literate and comfortable using standard MS Office applications 

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills 

  • Ability to translate stakeholder/employee needs into practical and measureable solutions 


Nice to have (but not essential):  

  • Experience of working with design thinking 

  • Experience working in an agile setting 

  • People Management Experience
