Key Responsibilities :
Operational support for Postpaid & Airtel black acquisition orders
Airtel Black Monitoring and ensure black order completion within TAT by coordinating with engineering, individual LOB teams related to installation
Track and Eliminate failures & bugs in Airtel black acquisition journey.
Find and solve the journey issues and improve overall Orders and conversion.
Tracking and sharing the performances scorecard with stake holders
Experience & Skills :
Good understanding of project management concepts and methodology
Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills & result oriented
Good understanding of products, services
Good planning & execution skills
Can do attitude & problem solving skills
Quick thinking & analytical ability
Good understanding of applications Excel, Access and knowledge of DART
Work Experience :
At least 5 years of work experience in operation / Support function.
