To work on INGENIUM application, make changes and enhancements as requested in Functional Specifications / Change Requests.
Actively participate in technical feasibility study, estimates, prepare Technical specification document, Coding & Unit testing, coordination and technical walk thru with Business Analysts, Testing Team and implementing the changes in the system.

4 AREAS Â· Understanding of High & low level designs. Â· Responsible for Analysis, Coding & Unit Test Plan and Unit Testing as per requirements outlined in Functional Specifications.
Â· Perform program construction / modification as per requirements and fix the defects identified during testing phase Â· Able to identify system gaps and provide feasible technical solutions.
Â· Assist and participate in deployment of system changes to various regions. Â· Guide other IT application teams due to changes in the Core applications.
Typical Targets and Measures : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly disseminate information. Â· Applying Analytical & Coding skills for designing system changes Â· Produce Technical documentation covering module level specs ,work product reviews, Process improvements and unit test scenarios.
4 AREAS Â· Work closely with Project Manager & Peer Team to ensure project objectives as defined by Management are met. Â· Work with different teams with in Information technology to achieve the organizational objectives.
Â· Guiding vendor team and enhancing their skills to achieve company and personal goals. Â· Ensure issues raised are discussed and mitigated by providing innovative solutions.

Â· Documentation of Technical Design and Module specs. Â· Documentation of work product reviews, Unit Test Plans and Test results and store in a common location.
