Job Description-

Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) is the largest bank-owned equipment leasing and finance company in the U.S. with a portfolio exceeding $45 billion, more than 250,000 active customers and 3,000+ team members with coverage in all 50 states and Canada.

The Chief Commercial Office (CCO) team supports WFEF across the sales value chain helping drive the best-in-class Sales Force Effectiveness.

The key focus areas for the CCO Analytics team are :

  • Sales Pipeline and Forecasting transparency for WFEF
  • Market Size estimates (tops down and bottoms-up)
  • TAM estimates (Total Addressable Market) at an Account level
  • Lead generation
  • Lead prioritization
  • Geographic coverage and sales team size planning
  • Accounts deployment and tracking
  • Target market opportunity and coverage analysis
  • Pipeline conversion and measurement
  • Win / Loss analysis
  • Sales KPIs reporting
  • The Analytic Consultant 4 is part of the CCO Analytics team and provides works closely with the CRM Implementation consultants to provide best is class CRM and Sales Analytics support to WFEF.

    The key responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Designs and leads some of the most complex projects / analyses, generally spanning multiple products / business lines / functional areas / data sources and may involve extremely complex analytical application
  • Senior level consulting partnerships including delivery of findings and recommendations and developing solutions with business leaders
  • Application of analytical, statistical modeling, forecasting methods
  • Applies knowledge of business, customers, and / or products / services / portfolios to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast / compare to industry perspective
  • Data involves typically very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources
  • May be involved directly in the technical build-out and / or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc.
  • that enable analysis, modeling, and / or advanced data visualization.

  • Lead efforts to develop, train, and expand utilization of digitized solutions to optimize profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales organization.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following : reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business / social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
  • 4+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools
  • Ability to perform regression analysis as well as other statistical and performance analytics in SAS, R, Python or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative, team-focused attitude
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer / Marketing / Sales Analytics
  • Experience with reporting tools like Qlikview , Tableau etc.
