The Chief Commercial Office (CCO) team supports WFEF across the sales value chain helping drive the best-in-class Sales Force Effectiveness.

Institutionalize common CRM system across WFEF (SFDC tool - Salesforce.com)

TAM estimates (Total Addressable Market) at an Account level

The Analytic Consultant 4 is part of the CCO Analytics team and provides works closely with the CRM Implementation consultants to provide best is class CRM and Sales Analytics support to WFEF.
The key responsibilities include but not limited to :
Designs and leads some of the most complex projects / analyses, generally spanning multiple products / business lines / functional areas / data sources and may involve extremely complex analytical application
Senior level consulting partnerships including delivery of findings and recommendations and developing solutions with business leaders
Application of analytical, statistical modeling, forecasting methods
Applies knowledge of business, customers, and / or products / services / portfolios to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast / compare to industry perspective
Data involves typically very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources
May be involved directly in the technical build-out and / or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc.
that enable analysis, modeling, and / or advanced data visualization.
Lead efforts to develop, train, and expand utilization of digitized solutions to optimize profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales organization.
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following : reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business / social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
4+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools
Ability to perform regression analysis as well as other statistical and performance analytics in SAS, R, Python or similar tools
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborative, team-focused attitude
4+ years of experience in Customer / Marketing / Sales Analytics
Experience with reporting tools like Qlikview , Tableau etc.
CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) and database management expertise
