Maintain regular cross-sharing & explore product & process design improvement opportunities leveraging AME DFX and Manufacturing Process teams.
Validate that automation projects fully compliance to Flex safety policy and local safety laws Execute projects according AFPLC Document Monitor and evaluate the automation project progress according to the plan defined and provide direction and support to overcome obstacles and reaction plans to mitigate impacts Manage and present information about the project to internal customer Maintain records and KOIs about the automation deployment as well as supplier performance Create and maintain procedures, templates and checklist properly documented in the DMS Here is some of what youll need (required) Bachelor degree in engineering, major in automation / mechanical / mechatronics related Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, including broad based management and supervision.
Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and / or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
understands the strategic impact of the function across sites. Typically requires ability to present information to top management.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and / or boards of directors.
