Amazon, is seeking bright, adaptable, and hardworking applicants to work at our Warehouses across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical leadership and success in supporting and driving complex business problem to solution, autonomously and / or collaboratively.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Systems, Networking, Client devices and automation. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality solution and top-tier escalation support for complex issues and drive the innovation for simplicity and sustainability of the Amazon s Fulfillment Center Network worldwide.

As a technical leader he / she will manage complex stakeholder relationships with both technical team and management. A passion for working with new technologies and pushing the envelope on existing technology is required.

High level of ownership and bias-for-action is required to be successful in this role.

Bachelor s Degree in a technology related field or equivalent professional experience

3+ Experience in Engineering and Supporting Enterprise LAN, Wireless and WAN technologies

3+ Experience in Engineering and Supporting end user technologies Desktop / Laptop, Mobile devices, terminals, Printers, Scanners etc.

2+ Experience working on Server side technologies Windows and Linux environment.

Experience in automation via Bash / shell scripting and Perl / Python programming

Strong leadership capabilities, having the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers

Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand the customer or partner IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles

An ability to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem solving skills, driving issues to resolution.

A passion for technology and ability to learn complex technologies quickly

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
