Personal network at Senior Management level within major global and multinational companies mandatory (network within HR Directors , Learning & Development Directors community a strong plus).

Must have strong relationship building capabilities to maintain close interaction with client ,

The ideal candidate will be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment; she / he will be masterful in influencing , driving and developing power in the most precarious of situations , and will not take Defeat or No for an answer to achieve the companyrsquos goals.

Must be able to work independently and must be a team player

Required Role Attributes :

Developing strategy , tactics , sales plans and profit targets

Developing relationships with clients

Innovate and use industryrsquos latest tools and technology to improve project tracking and coordination

Representing the business at conferences , trade fairs and networking events

Maximizing new business development opportunities

Meeting monthly and quarter sales targets for new business and repeat business
