Job Purpose :
Toestablish a strong DBS franchise in existing and new markets by delivering thebank’s corporate salary segment business vision and strategies for acquisitionrevenue delivery, portfolio management and client centricity.
To be theface of the bank and key contact for external parties and authorities toestablish a strong relationship in existing and new markets and ensureoperational policy compliance
Key Accountabilities :
Establish DBS franchise in theemerging markets while help entrench the business in existing branch locations.
Devise and implement strategies for establishingand growing the corporate salary segment business and delivering on variousbusiness parameters revenues, acquisition, salary accounts, UL, MF, FX, Mortgage,Insurance, portfolio management, client engagement and activation
Create and build a strong sales andservice distribution team in the newer markets as well as existing branchlocations
Create a strong sales process, Governancecontrols, Mandatory trainings and increase productivity.
Drive the team to have maximum penetrationsfrom existing portfolio and use out of the box thinking and growth hacks strategiesfor exponential growth.
Formulate and execute a strongTreasures, Treasures Elite, NR and IBG acquisition strategy to establish astrong distribution connect in the emerging branch locations.
Formulate key business levers toestablish the business in the emerging markets in line with the overall corporatesalary distribution strategy of the bank including enablers like marketingdesks, experience centre, tactical alliances with eco partners, phygitalacquisition models that would help us scale up the business.
Collaborate with other Businesses toensure high cross-sell ratios and one bank approach.
Ensure that all aspects of risk and governancefor the branch are met; monitor compliance issues and proactively highlight / escalateany risk events.
People management skills with high levelof employee engagement
Job Duties & responsibilities :
Create astrong corporate salary sales distribution team in the new & existingbranch locations.
Strategizeand execute a robust acquisition plan aimed at establishing the bank in the allbranch locations.
To setspecific goals / and agenda to the teams and develop a strategic plan to achieve
the corporate salary business targets.
To implement exceptional customerservice standards and achieve high score of customer satisfaction rating.
To establish systems and processes at allbranch locations to ensure internal operational risk compliance is in place.
To drive achievement of corporate salarysales, portfolio and revenue / profitability targets.
To maintain strong relationships withlocal KDMs in corporates and ensure operational policy compliance.
To provide on-the-ground inputs andassistance to the Operations team to ensure that administrative and businessprocesses are formulated at all branch locations and followed.
Required Experience :
15+ years of relevant experience inCorporate salary segment with at least 10 years of creating leading andmanaging teams.
Experience in the banking and financeindustry would be an advantage.
Strong skills in sales management and leadership
Good motivational Skills ,people managementand interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal English.
