Responsibilities :

  • Translate business requirement into data integration technical requirement. Evaluate technical feasibility of data integration
  • Lead data integration projects managing cross functional teams such as Dell IT, customer insight team, customer contact strategy team and vendors
  • Test quality of data integration output. Manage mid-long term roadmap of data integration aligned with business strategy and requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to identify Data collection and CDI enhancements and actively participate in the management of any related projects
  • Support and coordinate the marketing campaign and reporting processes and associated tasks such as requirements, functional specifications, etc.
  • Build multi-channel marketing campaigns based on business requirement
  • Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts is a plus
  • Foster a great work environment and a strong partnership with stakeholders
  • Organize and distribute work, align team priorities to Business Strategy and needs
  • Work with business users to define capacity planning and change requests
  • Support team efforts, facilitate conflicts resolution, handle escalations and develop sustainable solutions
  • Work with business users to define and enforce SLAs
  • Ensure, monitor, improve execution quality and velocity, controls Compliance
  • Leads change management, and adoption management.
  • Work with IT / Vendors / Agency teams in developing solutions to business projects, problems and future state Adobe Campaign goals.
  • Ensure that Adobe Campaign are built with right controls from day one.

  • Work with marketing legal to ensure the data collection, usage, and storage compliance. Managing the governance of data access, data usage.
  • Understand and manage the cyber security rules restrictions. Such as GDPR.

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents and provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
  • Qualification Requirements :

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or Data Analyst
  • Knowledge in Data Quality tools, SQL(required), SAS(preferred), BI tools or other analysis software
  • Experience with MS Excel. Demonstrated experience using data quality tools to perform data quality processes (e.g Informatica)
  • Experience in a data management / quality analytic function, operating data quality tools and creating data quality metrics and dashboards
  • Knowledge in marketing and sales process. Lead a team of individuals based remotely
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem solving ability
  • Excellent understanding of Marketing Campaigns, vehicles, Contact Strategy and Operations
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (SAS, etc.)
  • Has supported Change Management and Issue Management
  • Has maintained project / account documentation
  • Has worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions
  • Has experience in systems development
  • Has participated in integration of new development into an existing technical solution
  • Good understanding of Operational best practices
  • Able to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and select a course of action
  • Able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., project requirements, requested changes, and testing results)
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment. Proven experience in global or remote Services / Business support type of environment
  • Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Proficient in English : Strong oral and written skills
