OverviewGraphic designer will design compelling graphics, logos, banners, and website designs for various industries that effectively convey unique brand experiences.

This role will require an ability to translate business needs into actionable creative solutions that make use of graphic design best practices to drive consumer behavior.

Exceptional web / graphic design skills, communications and interpersonal skills required. Experience designing for brands is ideal.

manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environmentAbility to generate, articulate and present creative ideas and strategiesStrong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, and motivate strategic thinking1-

  • 2 + years experience in graphic design1-2 + years of related experience (agency experience is a plus, academic and non-professional experience will be considered);
  • Bachelors degree in graphic design / electronic media preferredMust work in Saddle BrookMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to provide examples of workRequirementsCreate logos and comprehensive branding to meet clients requirementsConcepts and designs website structures and graphical assets that convey unique brand experiences in a way that meets business objectivesAbility to design with minimal supervision and design directionEnsures all work incorporates defined requirements and employs best practices in creative execution and user experience designPresents creative concepts internally to the creative director and other key stakeholders, as well as externally to clients (mostly via phone and email)Collaborates with development and content team to ensure creative alignment and a smooth transfer of work between teamsEnsures all timelines and deadlines are met.

    Keeps implementation managers and creative managers informed of project status, and proactively brings issues / problems to their attentionAdheres to defined creative workflow and contributes to the evolution of our overall creative processProvides quality assurance on all creative deliverables.

    Ensures all files (and associated content) are accurate and accessible on the creative serverParticipates in kick-off meetings, design reviews, department meetings and training sessions as requestedKeeps up to date on design and technology trends to ensure work remains fresh and relevant
