Drive the implementation of best in class financial systems providing relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for financial planning, decision-making, control and risk management, and internal and external performance measurement.
Work with Finance and Information Technology to design, construct, and implement financial and business processes and systems requirements globally such as a new reporting system.
Develop design requirements for implementing new systems.
Determine type of functionality needed in a new system (e.g., designating the business required documents in implementing a new reimbursement policy).
Implements processes and tools that support efficiency initiative
resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Manages the implementation of a system solution from beginning to end for a customer and creates a plan for testing new systems.
Troubleshoots current applications and solves minor issues independently.
Leads and / or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Interacts with internal customers, examining moderately complex issues or concerns to find a solution.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to identify the business potential of a given project.
Solves moderately complex, multiple systems problems.
Develops risk mitigation and fall back strategies.

Education and Experience Required :
First level university degree with a focus in finance or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
Typically 8+ years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills :
good understanding of financial systems (LH, SAP HANA, ARIBA, HPS, FUSION) and processes in several areas. (AP / AR / IC / GL)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Developed presentation skills; .

In a typical day as a Client Manager, you would
Plan and direct the delivery for the entire lifecycle of smaller contracts
Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract in terms of revenue and also on potential margin and growth on the portfolio of contracts
Be accountable for customer satisfaction with respect to annuity or outsourcing services
Establish yearly budgets and have control of expenses to achieve financial goals
Lead business negotiations for contracts or portions of contracts for a country or region.
Direct the solution, operational service, partner, and sub-contractor teams that deliver services to the customer
Develop strategies and processes in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation, change management and communication.
