Sabre’s Operations ResearchConsulting and Professional Services practice is seeking amotivated professional to deliver complex products or product linesto our customers.

Provides implementation services to airlinesworldwide to help address organizational and business challenges orto improve performance, through adoption of IT solutions.

Providesgeneral knowledge and functional support during all phases of theproduct life cycle from delivery and to support.

Deliversfunctional requirements, user / training and customer support.Conducts product demonstrations for internal and externalcustomers.

Supports customer questions, beta and usability testing.Develops product implementation and customer support plans.Analyzes data, works with analytical models, improves systems,conducts statistical analyses for our airline clients worldwide andparticipates in client engagements.

The individual must beanalytical, yet creative enough to see how the pieces ofinformation come together and what it means to the broaderorganization on an implementation project.

The successful candidatewill be required to understand the underlying business problem,extract and manipulate any needed data, and design and testanalytical models.

This position requires strong communicationskills to work with customers, understand their business problems,present results and partner with them throughout the engagement andimplementation.

This role requires travel (much of itinternational) up to75%.

EDUCATION :

Master’sin Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, IndustrialEngineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management InformationSystems or a similarfield.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Mustunderstand optimization models and computationalcomplexity.
  • Must possess excellent written andverbal communication and presentation skills and ability to handlemultiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiaritywith airline data and technology implementation is preferable aswell as a strong understanding of airline information technologysystems.
  • Ability to work in multiculturalsettings and cross-functionally is critical to success.Multi-lingual preferred.
  • PREFERREDSKILS :

    Programming experience ismandate especially with statistics packages (R orPython) optimization (ILOG / CPLEX), simulation, andgeneral programing (SQL, Java, Visual Studio C++) are good tohave.
