Job Description
The role holder will create and implement strategic BSR objectives around specific industries to achieve the regional targets by industry segments, product portfolio, business units and market access channels.
The incumbent is expected to work closely together with Sales managers, Sales leadership, Business Units, Industry leaders, strategic account managers and the global organization to build the industry plans and execute them for the country through the direct and extended teams.
Develop annual industry business plans in conjunction with relevant stake holders, both short term and long term. Work closely with all stakeholders to voice solution and portfolio gaps to regional / global BU’s / Marketing for BSR
Develop RA go to market, align with domain experts, measure business impact and build competency & tools to drive growth
Deliver business outcome discussions through C level engagements with domain & industry expertise
Develop a country execution strategy to achieve AOP plans by business segments, product / BU portfolio and Industry objectives and segments
Build equal or preferred status for RA products and solutions
Lead engagement with ecosystem partners to deliver business outcomes. Replicate industry best practices, use cases and solutions across customer sets
Drive and manage a strong engagement with the market on PAM, market share, product positioning, commercial positioning and competitor information
Ensure coordinated sales activities on pursuits. Articulate industry best practices : regulations and compliances and help position differentiated techno-commercial value of RA vis-à-vis competition
Ensure RA’s strong market positioning and expand market share in focus industries
Lead and achieve results of RA marketing campaigns and product / BU initiatives
Be a strong and consistent communicator to multiple levels of the organization, keeping relevant stakeholders informed and involved on strategic pursuits
Hire, retain, motivate and performance manage the team to deliver superlative performance
Effective organization collaboration to achieve business targets and orders. Effective organization structuring to achieve sales and business objectives
Provide strategic leadership to the larger extended sales organization.
Mentor, coach and develop team with influence through industry plans and commercial excellence
