Your field of responsibility

We are working closely with the teams for,

  • Migration of source control (SVN to GIT)
  • Pipeline enablement for automated deployments (Jenkins / Guide rails / Gitlab)
  • Containerization of applications (Docker)
  • DevSecOps enablement for security and compliance
  • Orchestration through Openshift & Helm deployments
  • Automation of Legacy / Manual processes
  • Automated setup of DevOps Components
  • Application / Tool creation which can help above processes
  • Cloud Migration
  • Providing platform to adopt DevOps solutions
  • Logging and monitoring implementation
  • APIGEE Automation using pipeline
  • As a part of the team, you will be assist with the above areas and contribute to the devops journey by exploring more efficient tools and collaborating with different teams for devops adoption.

    Your future colleagues

    As a member of Core Compliance Services IT in the CRCO Architecture & Engineering you are assisting with the digital transformation programs implementing the technology roadmap to enable core compliance services and global surveillance.

    This includes ownership of applications and platforms for key functions such as Trade Surveillance, Investment Suitability Surveillance, Anti-Fraud Surveillance, Communications Surveillance, Cross Border Compliance and Global Policy Management.

    Pune team is composed of junior and senior members working in flexible arrangements within given projects.

    We are team of highly enthusiastic bunch of people who work closely with different teams to smoothen their devops adoption journey throughout the organization.

    We quickly learn, adopt and implement the things and help out others to do the same. We are exploring the automation options which can be useful to minimize the skills, time and knowledge to quickly adopt devops in app teams.

    Your skills and experience

    You are expected to possess the below :

    Technical Skills :

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in DevOps
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
  • Hands on experience with Linux and Windows Platforms
  • Must have experience in source control and migration process (Git, Bit bucket)
  • Proficient in CI / CD implementation (Jenkins / Guide rails / Gitlab)
  • Must have scripting language knowledge (Python will be advantage / Golang / Shell)
  • Experience into docker and kubernetes / openshift as well as in azure / AWS / google cloud (good to have)
  • Experience in Ansible / Chef / Puppet as well in logging & monitoring (splunk / ELK / Datadog) a plus
  • Interpersonal Skills :

  • Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving
  • Should be able to maintain quality of code, come up with ideas to improve existing processes
  • Experience of supporting applications
  • Should have thought process to automate the approaches which can eliminate manual intervention in devops process
  • Must have problem solving skills and able to find multiple approaches to complete the tasks optimally as well as thrive under pressure
