Must have working experience / expertise in understanding the business requirements and then drafting vendor related Master Services Agreements.

SOWs, Schedules, Novation Agreements, Amendments to Master and SOWs, MOU, NDAs, LOI, service agreements, dealer and distributor agreements, leave and license agreements / lease deeds, replies to Legal Notices, Notices from Government Authorities, etc.

Drafting, vetting and negotiating clauses of techno- commercial Contracts, Joint Ventures Agreements, Concession Agreements, etc

  • Providing legal guidance to sourcing buyers in working with vendors providing goods and services to business in areas of Project Finance, Corporate &
  • Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking and putting in place standard documents, legal clauses, policies and processes for the Bank s procurement related contractual documents.

    Understand and Prepare legal documents covering Labor issues under Industrial Dispute Act, Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Employment Exchange Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labor and for various Acts under Labor Laws and Coordinate with all internal groups to take up relevant cases in desired direction to help the continuity of the business without any interference and obstacles.

    Ability to identify, secure and suggest enhanced areas of revenues / cost reductions from Commercial contracts without compromising on risk assessment, statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Identify, comply and at all times ensure 100% compliance of Contractual, Statutory and Regulatory Compliances.

    Manages and participates in the preparation, negotiation, interpretation, execution and storing of contracts (Complete Contract Management life cycle) in appropriate contract hierarchical structure

    Improvise by use of technology to monitor the Compliance Management System, and making them an integral part of all contractual agreements

  • Understanding the legal requirement and prepare for emerging customer needs; manage multiple projects; determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way;
  • use goals to guide actions and create detailed action plans; organize and schedule people and tasks.

    Manages and participates in the preparation and delivery of training regarding legal and regulatory requirements to the buyers and business.

    Minimum qualifications

    LLB with relevant work experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    Contract life cycle management,

    Risk Management,

    Draft, Review and Negotiate Procurement / Vendor related Contracts with vendors

    Legal research, writing and Corporate law

    Preparing legal documents covering / safeguarding organization interest with all sort of litigation issues,
