Earth’s most customer-centric company is seeking a global Program Manager (PM) to join our Worldwide Customer Service (CS) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team.
The PM is responsible for access control for CS tools, investigations, and CS security policy creation and dissemination.
The PM is a trusted risk and compliance professional who possesses deep knowledge of tools and workflows specific to CS Operations.
The PM’s primary responsibility is identifying and mitigating security risks. To achieve this objective the PM partners with stakeholder groups to help design and implement controls, processes, and policies, and also collaborates with key stakeholders to drive continued compliance.
This role is critical in supporting the fundamental elements of our mission, earning and maintaining customer trust, and rigorously safeguarding customer data.
Among other duties you will :
Establish guidelines for access of data held within CS tools, and implement controls to drive compliance.
Evaluate moderately complex business and technical requirements, and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Scope, plan, implement and deliver security projects and programs, and collaborate with PMs and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security and privacy (Legal, Internal Audit, Physical Security, CS Tech, etc.).
Support deep-dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities.
Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Information Security, Information Technology or Computer Science (or other technical field).
Program Manager with 2+ years of experience managing moderately complex projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication targeted for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause / analyses.
2+ years of Amazon CS Operations experience and demonstrated knowledge of CS tools and workflows, or 2+ years of work experience in IT or IT Security field.
Advanced SQL capabilities, along with proficiency with relevant programming languages.
Technical knowledge in multiple security domain areas such as engineering, system and network security, authentication or security protocols.
Multidisciplinary experience in risk, program management and product development.
