Working at NTT To ensure the Technical Infrastructure Service Division (TIS) scales with the global transformation project under highest controllership and financial acumen, we are hiring a TIS Business Analyst, Transformation.
This role is focused on the financial performance management of the transformation program, and the recovery model of services delivered by the TIS.
We’re looking for a strong candidate that will take ownership and help to drive change through transformation programme in a dynamic global business environment towards desired financial outcome.
This individual takes the business requirements from initial concept all the way to an executable journey It is expected the individual will ensure the team’s operations processes stay ahead of risks associated with growth in areas of process design, internal control effectiveness, financial performance management of the global transformation program, and other relevant areas.
This role will require engagement and alignment with global business operations teams, finance operations, and project managers.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with fundamental knowledge of financial management, strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, experience in large-scale change management across functions and geographies, and a continual pursuit for improvement.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Through solid and exceptional verbal and written communication, coordinate with teams across central & regional Operations, IT, HR, Finance to ensure that the standard financial performance management across the entire TIS transformation program.
Demonstrate solid organizational and project management skills, lead special projects to drive improvements and integrations across the TIS organization and partnering business teams, including our global transformation project wherever TIS involves Design, develop and deliver bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly financial metrics for the global transformation program on timely manner and derive actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with global oversight of various projects and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and deliver results Develop, modify and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of financial operations process and controls Baseline required data to support the TIS transformation Build agreement and consensus with stakeholders, related to the financials in the transformation program Design and implement the suitable recovery model for TIS transformation to meet business requirements Catalyze change across the finance organization and broader business through principles of performance management, reporting and analysis Skills and Core Competencies Demonstrated leadership and experience working with multiple business units and internal clients across the multiple geography region.
