This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom and virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development across various job levels of the Company.
Creating micro / capsule learning modules using suitable tools. Leading and managing intervention-based learning.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Facilitate training courses in both live and on-line environments
Design and develop need-based L&D programs to support the business
Manage and maintain data as per the L&D requirements during for the trainings conducted
Work with SMEs to transform expert content into learner friendly classroom, online and / or blended learning solutions
Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated adult learning techniques.
Adapt developed classroom agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to trainee group.
Contribute to training process improvements and participate in other projects as needed
Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices
Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function
Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Critical thinking and persuasive skills

Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge and experience with the Behavioral training Function
