Candidate will worktogether with Leadership and Team to define project requirements and buildstate-of-the-art software and applications.

Candidate must be a quick learnerand have excellent communication skills.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

The candidate should have goodanalytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies

Candidate should be able to interactwith business users, I / T, vendors and customers to define applicationrequirements.

Involve in troubleshooting anddebugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that mayarise.

Participate in customer interaction andresolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestionsfor improvements and enhancements and contributes on solution development.

Executes development processes for theproject such as build automation, unit testing, software configurationmanagement and packaging.

The candidate will work with local techteam on our state of the art business application platform

Excellent Object Oriented programmingskills and accomplished performance with Java technologies

Good in oral & writtencommunication skills. Exposure to logistics, container terminals and managementis ideal

Able to solve simple to complex issues independently or withminimal support from SMEs’

Work closely with development teams on database designchanges to meet business requirements. Patch management and version control.

Provide inputs to development teams. Setup and maintaindocumentation and standards. Develop innovation, strategies, processes, andbest practices.

Able to contribute to best practices and Continuous businessimprovements.

Collaborate with, and able to share subject matter knowledgeto, business and operational partners during requirements elicitation

Detail and able to document low to highly complex functionaldesigns, and data structures, to support business and operational requirements.

Participate in client technology discussions as necessary

Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical projecttimelines in a fast-paced environment

Mentoring junior team members in design decisions and ownthe code reviews.

Minimum Requirement :

Candidates should have a work experience of 15+ years in designing, developing, deploying and supporting Java / Talend / Oracle based applications for large-

scale enterprises. Hands on experience with Java based web development frameworks, middleware / multi-tier architectures is preferred.

These include Talend, Oracle PL SQL, spring, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, Hibernate, and UI technologies like AngularJS 2 / REACTJS.

Must have strong programming skills with proficiency in using the entire suite of Java / J2EE technologies including JSP, JBoss, Spring, XML, SQL and Oracle.

Should have worked / good knowledge on RDBMS and database integration using SQL's and Stored procedures and well versed in UML.

Skills Required :

15+ Years of Hands on experience in Java / Oracle / Talend.

Strong knowledge of healthcare and Facets will be an added advantage.

Hands on experience emerging technology BigData / Spark / Kafka / ML / No SQL DB / etc.

Experience in handling a team of 30+ resources.

Experience in End to End ownership of IT applications Preferably Claims .

Hands on experience in CI / CD, Automation and DevOps.

Hands on Experience in Software Design, design development with proficiency in emerging technology.

Exposure to OSE, AWS, Kafka and Kibana

Micro-services patterns (facade / Singleton.. ext) Designed application to move to cloud.

Jenkins, Gradle, Docker

Experience in working in Agile teams / Scrum Framework.

Excellent communication and internal personal skill.

Onshore experience will be an added advantage

End to End ownership of delivery of all Features assigned to scrum team.

Responsible for quality of code and solution design.

Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders.

Responsible for increasing velocity of scrum team.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
