Reporting of the role

This role reports to : Media Head, Redfuse

In this role, your goals will be :

In three months :

  • Create a streamlined working eco-system with a set of motivated
  • Coordinating with internal teams on query resolutions across multiple verticals
  • Understand and give guide the team on the ongoing campaigns to bring about more strategic thinking.
  • Getting exposed to projects about CRM repository to Display to Social Listening to Search to Ecommerce
  • In six months :

  • Leading client discussions on any new strategic initiatives and defining the role of digital in the same
  • Getting the teams to learn, use the media tools to bring about more digital forward thinking
  • In 12 months :

  • Establish self and the agency as a digital forward thinker / and team.
  • Work with all the teams seamlessly.
  • Reshaping a business strategy with a digital forward thinking and behavior.
  • What your day job looks like at Wavemaker :

  • Engage with the team - update on the job at hand, input relevant pointers into the ongoing strategy
  • Engage with the extended RF teams of VML - on the latest ongoing campaigns / projects / social / ecommerce performance.
  • Spend time with the CP media team on the ongoing work at hand and lead the conversation
  • Engage with the CP brand / media teams to discuss projects and way forward for ongoing chats
  • What you'll bring :

  • A digital forward thinking into the team
  • Translate business brief to a more strategic and measurable digital deployment strategy
  • A voice in the team - to lead the digital thinking for CP.
  • The right attitude to be a team leader and a team player
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 10+ years working in the digital eco-system
  • Hands on experience on Digital display
  • Exposure to Social and ecommerce and performance marketing would be an added value
