Discovery Experience Team is looking for a Program Manager, Training & Leadership Development to create training experience, design & deliver targeted and engaging leadership solutions that are culturally aligned, best suit audience needs and tangibly impact performance for Risk Managers.

You will need to thrive & deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced and dynamic business environment. A successful candidate should be capable to manage trainings globally with flexible shifts.

Help them apply that knowledge to their daily work and broader responsibilities. Solutions may include creation and management of training content and curriculum design, in person leadership skill building workshops, team development events, virtual learning experiences and on demand learning resources.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design innovative training content and develop multi-media content, eLearning modules, scenarios, simulations, videos, performance evaluations, job aides, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training and knowledge assessments
  • Select, design, and deploy appropriate mechanisms to measure learning impact
  • Participate in, manage and lead targeted leadership development programs with customized solutions
  • Develop rapid and agile techniques and processes to create easy learning content for a frequently changing environment such as SOP change, new Abuse Vector etc.
  • Develop innovative and simplified process assessments which maximizes awareness and knowledge while minimizing the operational burden associated with training
  • Identify gaps, assess needs, monitor changes and work backwards to develop right-sized solutions by partnering with Communications, Business, Operations & Program Teams
  • Work with Workforce to block required NPTs (Non-Production Time) for imparting various training programs
  • Continually improve training content and presentations based on business needs
  • Support and drive efficient use of our internal Knowledge Base (i.e., engage SMEs / Mentors)
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in developing virtual reality training or developing mobile training
  • Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing quickly
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, formal training or education in Adult Learning, Human Performance Technology, Training Delivery, and Training Evaluation is highly desirable.
  • Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness to stakeholders and leaders
