Experience Required : 3-5 years in creating content for business communications and / or social media
Experience Desired : Previous experience with internal and external communications, grocery industry.
Education Desired : Associates Degree
Job Responsibilities
Develop engaging content that shares the many ways that Giant Eagle cares about our Team Members, whether its through our benefits, training, diversity and inclusion efforts, compensation, or many other people programs on social media platforms.
Work across the HR organization as a strategic communications partner to craft key messaging that successfully lands in a human way.
Create key messaging, write / edit content that brings our story to life including video, social campaigns, articles, career site content, presentations etc.
Design communications content that considers both proactive and reactive tactics.
Participate in the development of communications, toolkits and FAQs for HR projects as required
Execute Careers Blog content strategy and writing through Team Members storytelling, culture, IE&D initiatives, company news, etc.
Effectively communicate organizational changes, including new hires, promotions, changes in reporting structure, etc. to appropriate audiences
Assist with coordinating and planning HR-focused team events (in-person or virtual)
