The role is of Procurement and Purchase Manager which includes -
Implementation of purchasing strategies and manage purchases in terms of contract, financials and planning.
Perform activities of purchase, negotiation, finalisation of contract in accordance to set objectives.
Supply chain management ( Order to delivery) - by coordinating with planning, inspection and logistics team in accordance with project objectives
Vendor management - monitoring of sourcing, evaluation and claim management
Interface with supplier and various internal and external stake holders
Identify and manage procurement risk and opportunities.
Ensuring commercial closure of the procurement after settling out all the bills payable.
Supplier performance evaluation and feedback reporting
Development and evaluation of vendor data base
MIS reporting and support to tendering team for contracts bidding.
