Must have consultancy and service delivery experience in the ICT industry.
Very strong technical knowledge and / or experience in unifed communications related services

Telephony (dial plan, On-Net, Offnet calls, PSTN, SIP trunking, gateway, Attendant console, etc..)
Cisco Unified Communications high scale multi-cluster design, including SME and ExpressWay integration
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Express design and implementation, including business requirements analysis and translation to operational design
Cisco Telepresence cluster design, including MCU, Conductor & TMS / TMSXE integration
Cisco Jabber & WebEx cloud service integration
Verint Voice Recording
Mind CTI call accounting software
Fax server design and deployment experience
Kurmi provisioning tool
Certificates / PKI / Authentication / Encryption : experience generating and applying certificates, designing systems with mutual authentication
Active Directory and SSO integration
Polycom video (Group series, HDX, etc..), Video desk client (Skype for Business)
Data networking : solid knowledge of LAN, WAN technologies and associated QoS
Linux server base administration knowledge
VMware (ESXi, vSphere base usage)
