Job Description : To Audit the number of calls given by the organization on a daily basis.
Record feedback and to let the customer service representative know about his / her areas of improvements.
Bring in necessary changes to the process and constant updating of Centre core process.
To check if CSR has used the right telephone etiquettes and followed appropriate hold procedures and has given a proper resolution for the request.
Job Location : Frankfinn Aviations, Unitech Cyber Park, Tower B, 5th Floor, Sec-19, Gurgaon. Salary : upto 25K Eligibility :
Should be from BPO -Voice Process Background
Should have minimum 1 year experience in Quality Analysis,feedback,escalation
BPO exposure is mandatory
Excellent communication skills
