Deep appreciation of RAN Architecture and Design aspects Good expertise in Open RAN / Cloud RAN / O-RAN solutions, NFV Good understanding of 3GPP spec Experience in PHY Resource / Packet Scheduling Trouble shooting Functional and performance issues Hands-on experience in RAN (LTE / 5G) L1 protocol layer Abstraction and analytical skills, Capable of solving complex problems Strong programming in C / C++ language.
Development and testing in Unix / Linux environment Knowledge of development and debugging tools required Exposure to configuration management tools such as Clearcase / Git
Basic understanding of FPGA Hands-on experience in RAN (LTE / 5G) L2 / L3 protocol layers Experience in MAC-PHY integration
Overall 6-8 years in design and development Exposure to contemporary software engineering methods and processes
